氟化镨性质、用途与生产工艺
氟化镨(III)用途光学镀膜、光纤掺杂、激光晶体、单晶原料、激光放大器、催化助剂等
淡绿色晶体或粉末,不含结晶水。不溶于水,难溶于盐酸、硝酸和硫酸,但能溶于高氯酸。在空气中有吸湿性,较稳定。氟化镨主要用于实验室试剂、光纤掺杂、激光材料、转荧发光材料、光导纤维、光学镀膜材料、电子材料等。
用途
用于制取金属镨、电弧碳棒添加剂等
用途
用于真空沉积
生产方法
1、50~100mgPr6O11放在镍反应室的小铂舟里,通入干燥N2以赶掉空气和水蒸气,接着慢慢通入ClF3,室温下进行反应。反应完成后,通入N2清除未反应的ClF3。以高价氧化物Pr6O11、PrO2进行上述反应也产生PrF3。2、硝酸镨盐溶于95%乙酸中,慢慢加入40%氢氟酸直到沉淀完全。
