Properties and Applications
blue light grey to blue black. Soluble in water for red light blue, right amount soluble in ethanol for red light blue, slightly soluble in Acetone and Cellosolve, insoluble in other organic solvent. In concentrated sulfuric acid to red light purple, after dilution to orange, precipitation, In concentrated nitric acid to dark red light yellow. Dye aqueous solution to join concentrated hydrochloric acid for orange; Join concentrated sodium hydroxide solution for red light purple.
