Use for :   

1. Used as pharmaceutical intermediates, used for organic synthesis

2. The product is cyclized with glyoxal to obtain 2-hydroxy pyrazine, and then chlorinated with phosphorus trichloroxy to obtain 2, 3-dichloropyrazine, used in the production of sulfonamides SMPZ.

3. Used as a buffer in the physiological pH range.

 It is obtained by amination of methyl chloroacetate.The ammonia water was cooled to below 0ºC, and methyl chloroacetate was added, and the temperature was kept for 2h.Ammonia was passed to a predetermined amount at a temperature below 20ºC, and the remaining ammonia was eliminated after 8h of standing reaction, then the concentration was raised to 60ºC under reduced pressure to obtain aminoacetamide hydrochloride.
