Methanol,N-methylpyrrolidone and composite catalyst (the molar ratio of DBN, DMAP, DBU, and DABCO is 1:1:0.5:0.5) are mixed and preheated to 50°C, and then continuously passed together with hexafluoropropylene to a diameter of 2 cm and a length of 200 cm. The reaction was maintained at 50°C in a stainless steel tubular reactor. The molar flow rate of methanol, N-methylpyrrolidone, composite catalyst, and hexafluoropropylene was 1:1:0.1:1.05 and the residence time was 10 s. The reaction solution was sampled and analyzed by chromatography to remove the solvent and the catalyst peak. The content of hexafluoropropyl methyl ether was 96.4%, and the yield was 95.9%.
