Yield:147-82-0 90%

Reaction Conditions:

with dibromamine-T in acetonitrile at 20; for 0.166667 h;

Steps:

2, 4, 6-Tribromoaniline
General procedure: TsNBr2 (1 mmol) was added at 0 C to a solution of the aromatic compound(1 mmol) in acetonitrile (2 mL). After 10 min of stirring at room temperature, sodium thiosulfate (200 mg approx.) was added and stirred for 10 min. The reaction wastaken up in ethyl acetate, dried over NaSO4, and concentrated. The crude productwas purified by flash chromatography or silica gel (230-400 mesh) with a mixtureof petroleum ether and ethyl acetate as eluent.
