2-nitro-N-(4-chlorophenyl)benzamide (0.6mmol, 166.0mg), water (6mmol, 108.0mg), Pd/C (0.03mmol, 6.4mg) and tetrahydroxydiboron (1.98 mmol, 177.5mg), acetonitrile (1mL), react at 50°C for 24h under nitrogen protection, monitor the reaction by TLC, add 10mL water, extract with ethyl acetate (10mL×3), combine the organic phases, dry with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and filter. Concentrate under reduced pressure and separate by column chromatography (V petroleum ether:V ethyl acetate=3:1) to obtain 137.7 mg of gray solid, which is to obtain the target compound with a yield of 93%
