1.1 Example 1
(1) 20ml of activated carbon catalyst [activated carbon is to increase the reaction contact time, as catalyst] was added into a fixed bed reactor, and heated in a heating furnace provided with fixed bed reactor and open tube. The catalyst 50ml under nitrogen blanket was added, temperature was increased to 400 ° C at a rate of 10 ° C / min for 2 hours. Then, the temperature was increased to 600 ° C for 2 hours at a rate of 10 ° C / min. This completes the catalyst activation process. The reactor was heated to 450 ° C, then, 30ml / min tetrafluoroethane and 30ml / min liquid bromine were added into the mixing chamber and mixed together. After that, the mixture was transferred to the bottle from reactor, the bottle was washed, alkaline solution was concentrated, and the collector was cooled. After the experiment, the product was mainly distributed in the cooling collector. The collected product was subjected to GC analysis. GC results show that, the product containing 27% dibromotetrafluoroethane and 18%-bromofluoroethane were collected.
