Using the trifunctional cross-linking agent 1,3,5-tris(4-aminophenoxy)benzene (TAPOB) as a raw material, a series of cross-linked polyimide films with a low dielectric constant, low thermal expansion coefficient, and high modulus was prepared. TAPOB acts as a fixed node within the cross-linked network, imparting a thermally induced shape memory effect to the material and enabling controlled shape recovery. Meanwhile, the azobenzene groups confer photo-induced deformation properties, granting the films light-driven actuation capabilities. | [References]
