| Questions And Answer | Back Directory | [Preparation]
A method for preparing a BARIUM FERRITE NANOPOWDER magnetic material, characterized in that the preparation method includes the following steps: (1) Mix a certain amount of barium nitrate (Ba(NO3)2) and iron nitrate (Fe(NO3)3·9H2O), add a certain amount of citric acid (C6H8O7·H2O) aqueous solution, stir, keep the temperature at 55-65°C, until the mixed solid is completely dissolved, and obtain a citric acid solution containing barium and iron; control the molar ratio at Ba:Fe:citric acid = 1:11.5:15; (2) Take a certain amount of carbon nanotubes activated and purified by concentrated nitric acid 6-12M and add them to the solution obtained in (1), and control the molar ratio of C to iron at 0-2. Between 5 and 6, a uniform carbon nanotube/citric acid sol solution is obtained by thorough stirring; (3) The pH value of the obtained solution is adjusted to 7 with ammonia water. After thorough stirring, the solution is allowed to stand at 60-90°C to obtain a viscous sol; (4) The above sol is dried at 80-250°C to form a dry gel, and then calcined in air at 850-1200°C for 1-3 hours to obtain BARIUM FERRITE NANOPOWDER magnetic material. |
