Amino-PEG9-azide is a water soluble crsoolinking reagent containing an amino with an azide group. Amino group (NH2) is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to form a stable triazole linkage. | [Uses]
Azido-PEG9-amine is a non-cleavable 9 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Azido-PEG9-amine is also a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Azido-PEG9-amine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. | [IC 50]
