Ferroptosis-IN-11 (compound 43) is a ferroptosis inhibitor. Ferroptosis-IN-11 can inhibit Erastin (HY-15763) induced ferroptosis in HT-1080 human fibroblasts (EC50=36 nM). Ferroptosis-IN-11 can be used in the study of cardiovascular disease and neurodegeneration[1].
