FR 75513 is a 1,1'-biphenyl-2,6-dicarboxylic acid diester series compound that can inhibit the contraction of the detrusor muscle of guinea pig bladder (IC50=3.3 μg/mL). After intravenous injection of FR 75513 into anesthetized rats, it also showed strong inhibitory activity on the detrusor contraction (ID50=0.04 mg/kg). | [References]
