Denintuzumab (hBU 12) is a recombinant humanized anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody. Denintuzumab can be used as the antibody moiety (ADC antibody) of antibody-drug conjugates to synthesize ADC, Denintuzumab Mafodotin (SGN-CD19A).
