Dichloromethane solvent was added to a 3L glass reactor equipped with a stirrer, and the internal temperature of the reactor was measured. Nitrogen protection was maintained, and the reactor was stirred while simultaneously lowering the temperature to 0°C. After the reaction temperature reached 0°C, 869g (5.67mol) of phosphoric acid chloride, 963g (5.67mol) of 4-phenylphenol, anhydrous manganese chloride, and alkali were added dropwise. The mixture was stirred for 2 hours, and when the 4-phenylphenol was completely utilized in the reaction, a further 1067g (11.33mol) of phenol was added dropwise. The reactor temperature was then raised to 25°C. After the reaction was complete, the reaction product was washed several times with water and dried with magnesium chloride. The dried reaction product was distilled under reduced pressure to remove excess solvent, yielding the product in 79% yield. The reaction equation is as follows:
