ODN TTAGGG (A151), inhibitory oligonucleotide (ODN), is a TLR9, AIM2 and cGAS antagonist. ODN TTAGGG is immunosuppressive and inhibits AIM2 inflammasome activation, as well as cGAS activation, by competing with DNA.
