Rp-Adenosine-5'-O-(1-thiodiphosphate) (Rp-ADP-α-S) is a sulfur-containing isomer of the nucleotide derivative ADP-α-S.1 It is an inhibitor of phosphorylase kinase (Ki = 0.53 µM). Rp-ADP-α-S induces aggregation of isolated human platelets (EC50 = 20 µM).2 It induces relaxation of guinea pig taenia coli precontracted by carbamoylcholine (Item No. 14486; EC50 = 58.9 µM).3WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use. | [References]
