SRT3025 is an orally active sirtuin 1 activator (Sirt1 EC1.5 ≤1 μMEmax ≥150% and <300%) th at reduces cellular acetylation of Sirt1 substrates FoxO1 (induced by RANKL ) and histone 3 (1-10 μM; murine bone marrow macrophages) and exhibits in vivo efficacy in a murine atherosclerosis model (3.18 g/kg high-cholesterol diet; mice) and ovariectomy-induced bone loss in female mice (50 & 100 mg/kg via daily p.o.). | [IC 50]
