A labelled form of Propoxur (P830800), which is a non-systematic carbamate insecticide. Propoxur is used against a wide range of insects such as fleas, mosquitoes, ants, gypsy moths, and other agricultural pests. Propoxur functions by reversibly inactivating the enzyme acetylcholinesterase in insects. It is also used in cannabis testing kits as a component of pesticide mixes (P698235). |
