Dafsolimab (SPV-T3a) is an IgG2a murine monoclonal antibody (anti-CD3). Dafsolimab can induce cell death through modulation and activation of the CD3/T cell receptor complex. Dafsolimab can be used for the research of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD)[1]. | [References]
