[Uses] 2-Chloro-11-(4-methylpiperazino)dibenz[b,f]oxepin Maleate is a high affinity dopamine D4 receptor ligand. Neuroleptics and extrapyramidal effects.
[Biological Activity] Dopamine D 2 -like receptor antagonist that displays some selectivity for D 4 receptors (K i values are 0.54 and 2.5 nM for D 4 and D 2 receptors respectively).
