L-748328 is a potent and selective human β3-adrenergic receptor antagonist. L-748328 has a Ki of 3.7 nM against human cloned β3-AR expressed in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. In addition, L-748328 inhibits the lipolytic response induced by the β3-AR agonist L-742791 in isolated non-human primate adipocytes[1]. | [IC 50]
