Cap-dependent endonuclease-IN-9 is a potent inhibitor of cap-dependent endonuclease (CEN). Not only can Cap-dependent endonuclease-IN-9 inhibit influenza virus well, but also has lower cytotoxicity, better in vivo agent kinetic properties and in vivo pharmacodynamic properties.
