AP-4-139B is a heat shock protein 70 inhibitor (IC50=180 nM). HSP70 is a protein that is overexpressed in many types of cancer and is closely related to the survival and proliferation of tumor cells. AP-4-139B exhibits significant cytotoxicity to tumor cells, particularly in colorectal cancer cells. AP-4-139B can be used for cancer research[1][2].
