Stapokibart (CM310) is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting IL-4Rα and efficiently blocks the interaction of cytokines IL-4 and IL-13 with their co-receptor subunit IL-4Rα. Stapokibart has the capacity to interact with IL-4Rα in humans, cynomolgus monkeys, and rats[1]. | [References]
