QR-6401 is an orally active and selective macrocyclic CDK2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.37, 10, 22, 34 and 45 nM for CDK2/E1, CDK9/T1, CDK1/A2, CDK6/D3 and CDK4/D1, respectively.
