SILA-123 is a FLT3 inhibitor (FLT3-WT: IC50=2.1 nM; FLT3-ITD: IC50=1.0 nM). SILA-123 inhibits FLT3 phosphorylation and downstream signaling pathways, leading to apoptosis by arresting cell cycle progression at the G0/G1 phase.
