Sodium 3-hydroxypropane-1-sulphonate is an intermediate compound with good water solubility, which can be used as a complexing agent in the passivation bath for electrolytic manganese sheets. As its molecular structure contains hydroxyl groups (reactive sites), it can form coordinate bonds with metal surfaces and arrange itself in an ordered manner at the interface to form a dense adsorbed film, thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance of electrolytic manganese sheets. |
