Progranulin modulator-3 (10 mg/kg, i.p., 24h) shows a half life of 41 min and Cmaxs of 1498 ng/mL and 6246 ng/g in mice plasma and brain, respectively, and increases PGRN protein levels in Grn+/? mouse brains[1].
