Bertilimumab (CAT 213) (0.01-10 mg/kg) administered i.v. 30 min before i.po. injection of human eotaxin1 (1 μg) causes a significant dose-dependent inhibition of eosinophil recruitment in IL-5-treated, ovalbumin-sensitized mice.
