Phenyltrans-styrene sulfone can be used as a pharmaceutical synthesis intermediate and can be used to prepare a cleaning solution for pre-cleaning thinning of flat glass substrates. By mass percentage, its components are: 1-20% potassium hydroxide, 1-15% alkanolamine, 5-35% sulfones and/or sulfoxides, 1-25% alcohols, 0.1-15% surfactant, and the remainder being water. The alkanolamine is one or more of monoethanolamine, triethanolamine, diethylene glycolamine, isopropanolamine, methyldiethanolamine, dimethylethanolamine, and hydroxyethylethylenediamine; the sulfones and/or sulfoxides include phenyltrans-styrene sulfone. |
