Lithium formate is used for the uniform mixing of a lithium salt and a lithium-ion cathode material precursor. Its characteristics include the following steps: (1) preparing a saturated lithium formate solution; (2) loading the precursor material to be mixed into a container, maintaining the material temperature at 80-120℃ under continuous stirring, and spraying the saturated lithium formate solution prepared in step (1) into the container. After spraying, stirring and heat preservation continue until the material is uniformly mixed and dried, at which point the mixing is complete. This invention uses lithium formate, which has very high solubility, as the lithium salt, and sprays the lithium formate solution uniformly onto the surface of the precursor, achieving a uniform mixing effect. Under continuous stirring of the precursor, the lithium formate solution is sprayed uniformly onto the surface of the precursor, followed by sintering. The method of this invention ensures the uniformity of lithium, is suitable for large-scale production, and guarantees product consistency during large-scale production. |
