Terphenyl, hydrogenated is a high-performance heat transfer oil. Its main components are a mixture of partially hydrogenated terphenyl isomers, obtained by partially hydrogenating a mixture of ortho-, meta-, and para-terphenyls in different proportions (saturation level of 39%). It possesses excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and low vapor pressure properties, and is widely used in petrochemical, synthetic fiber, synthetic resin, pharmaceutical, and printing and dyeing industries. It is applied in high-temperature heat transfer and heating equipment systems, chemical fiber polymerization (polyester, nylon polymerization, dry spandex spinning), organosilicon monomer synthesis, trichlorosilane and polysilicon, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dye intermediates, and other fine chemicals and biodiesel. | [General Description]
