Aβ42 agonist-2 (compound 7b) is a small molecule compound that can promote Aβ42 aggregation. Aβ42 agonist-2 can interact with Aβ42 oligomers and pentamers to promote nontoxic aggregate self-assembly and rapid fibril formation.
