The reaction solution was cooled to 20–25 °C, quenched with 100 mL of ammonium chloride solution, extracted with ethyl acetate (100 mL × 2), dried, concentrated to obtain a crude product, and filtered with petroleum ether to obtain 7.0 g of a white solid, 3-(4-bromophenyl)-3-deuterated piperidin-2-one, with a yield of 92%. LC-MS analysis showed a deuteration rate of 92%, and NMR analysis showed a deuteration rate of 94%. |
