JI069 is a novel JAK-STAT inhibitor that demonstrates potent activity in suppressing Th1, Th2, and Th17 differentiation while promoting iTreg differentiation. JI069 effectively inhibits STAT3 activation as well as the activation of other STATs, including STAT1, STAT5, and STAT6.
