NAE-IN-M22 is a potent, selective and reversible inhibitor of NEDD8 activating enzyme (NAE), with potency in micromolar range. NAE-IN-M22 inhibits multiple cancer cell lines and induces apoptosis in A549 cells. NAE-IN-M22 also can inhibit tumor growth in vivo[1]. | [in vivo]
