CBS-3595 is a dual inhibitor of p38 MAP kinase and phosphodiesterase 4 with anti-inflammatory and anti-allodynic activities. CBS-3595 reduces the production of the proinflammatory cytokine IL-6 and increases the levels of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 in rats.
