P2Y6 receptor belongs to the G-?protein-?coupled receptor (GPCR) family. PSB 0474 is a potent and selective P2Y6?receptor agonist (1,2). PSB 0474 has been shown to induce contractions of rat isolated intrapulmonary arteries in vitro (2).
