以N-([1,1'-联苯]-4-基)-9,9-二甲基-9H-芴-2-胺和3-(4-溴苯基)-9-苯基咔唑为原料合成N-联苯-4-基-9,9-二甲基-N-[4-(9-苯基-9H-咔唑-3-基)苯基]-9H-芴-2-胺的一般步骤:将3-(4-溴苯基)-9-苯基-9H-咔唑(9.6 g,24 mmol)溶解于甲苯中,加入N-([1,1'-联苯]-4-基)-9,9-二甲基-9H-芴-2-胺(7.2 g,20 mmol)、三(二亚苄基丙酮)二钯(Pd2(dba)3,0.05当量)、三苯基膦(PPh3,0.1当量)和叔丁醇钠(NaOt-Bu,3当量)。将反应混合物加热至100℃,回流搅拌24小时。反应完成后,对所得有机物进行萃取,有机层用无水硫酸镁(MgSO4)干燥,通过硅胶柱层析纯化(洗脱剂:乙醚/水),最后通过重结晶得到目标化合物13.8 g(产率:85%)。
