步骤1：2-(叔丁基)-4-氯苯酚（P19a）的合成 向4-氯苯酚（50 g，0.39 mol）和叔丁醇（57.6 g，0.78 mol）的混合物中加入浓盐酸。随后，加入硫酸（40 mL），将反应混合物在室温下搅拌48小时。反应完成后，将混合物倒入冰水中，并用乙酸乙酯（EA）萃取两次。合并有机层，依次用水（3次）和盐水洗涤，用无水硫酸钠（Na2SO4）干燥。过滤后，浓缩滤液，并通过柱层析（洗脱剂：石油醚/乙酸乙酯 = 40/1）纯化，得到化合物P19a（48.5 g，产率68%），为无色固体。
