以甲醇和3-羟基-4-碘苯甲酸为原料合成3-羟基-4-碘苯甲酸甲酯的一般步骤如下:首先,获得61.31g 3-羟基-4-碘苯甲酸,呈现为白色固体。随后,将47g(150mmol)的3-羟基-4-碘苯甲酸溶解于300mL甲醇中,并加入6.13g(35.6mmol)的对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂。将反应混合物在70℃下持续加热48小时。反应完成后,通过加入11μL水终止反应。过滤沉淀出的产物,并用蒸馏水洗涤至中性pH。最终,获得37.4g(产率76%)的3-羟基-4-碘苯甲酸甲酯,产品为米色粉末。
