以2,2'-联吡啶为原料合成5,5'-二溴-2,2'-联吡啶的一般步骤如下:首先,将2,2'-联吡啶(4.99 g,0.032 mol)与溴(10.24 g,0.064 mol)置于水热反应釜中,加热至150℃反应15小时。反应完成后,将混合物冷却至室温,所得固体产物经粉碎后,用Na2SO3溶液洗涤以除去未反应的溴。随后,用氢氧化钠溶液碱化反应混合物,过滤收集固体产物。通过硅胶柱色谱法(洗脱剂:CH2Cl2)纯化,得到白色固体5,5'-二溴-2,2'-联吡啶(8.64 g,产率86%)。产物熔点为221.6-222.1°C。1H-NMR(400 MHz, CDCl3, δ):7.95(d, 2H),8.28(s, 2H),8.71(d, 2H);13C-NMR(100 MHz, CDCl3, δ):121.47(C5),122.25(C3),139.64(C4),150.28(C6),153.64(C2);IR(KBr, cm-1):3049(C-H伸缩振动),1562, 1453, 1356(芳环伸缩振动),636(C-Br伸缩振动)。元素分析(C10H6N2Br2)计算值:C 38.22%,H 1.91%,N 8.92%,Br 50.95%;实测值:C 38.26%,H 1.94%,N 8.90%,Br 50.97%。
