制备例1 1-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-4-甲基哌嗪的合成:在干燥的反应烧瓶中,将3-氯-4-氟硝基苯(10.05g,57.2mmol)与N-甲基哌嗪(17.2g,172mmol)混合。反应过程中观察到放热现象,持续搅拌1小时后,向反应混合物中加入水进行淬灭。通过过滤收集生成的棕色固体沉淀,并用大量水洗涤以去除未反应的原料和副产物。最后,将产物在空气中干燥,得到1-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-4-甲基哌嗪(14.1g,收率96%)。产物经1H NMR(400MHz,DMSO-d6)和质谱(MS)表征确认:1H NMR δ 2.24(s,3H),2.43-2.55(m,4H),3.11-3.24(m,4H),7.28(d,J = 9.03Hz,1H),8.14(dd,J = 9.03,2.76Hz,1H),8.21(d,J = 2.51Hz,1H);MS m/z 255(M+)。
