3-(4-(苄氧基)苯基)丙酸甲酯的合成步骤:在40 mL乙腈中,将3-(4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯(1.54 g,8.55 mmol)、碳酸钾(3.55 g,25.64 mmol)和溴化苄(4.39 g,25.64 mmol)混合,形成悬浮液。将反应混合物加热至回流状态,持续反应1小时。反应完成后,将混合物倒入120 mL水中,用10%的盐酸水溶液调节pH至2,随后用乙酸乙酯(2×100 mL)进行萃取。合并有机层,用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤后浓缩。粗产物通过硅胶柱色谱法纯化,洗脱剂为0→5%乙酸乙酯/己烷,最终得到3-(4-(苄氧基)苯基)丙酸甲酯(2.01 g,白色固体,产率88%)。1H NMR(CDCl3,250 MHz)δppm:7.51-7.29(m,5H),7.14(d,J = 8.8 Hz,2H),6.92(d,J = 8.8 Hz,2H),5.05(s,2H),3.69(s,3H),2.92(t,J = 7.6 Hz,2H),2.62(t,J = 7.6 Hz,2H)。
