实施例5 4,4-双-(2-乙基己基)-4H-环戊二烯并[2,1-b;3,4-b']二噻吩的合成:将环戊联噻吩(1.5 g,0.00843 mol)溶解于DMSO(50 mL)中。在氮气保护下,依次向溶液中加入KOH(1.89 g,0.0337 mol)、碘化钠(50 mg)和2-乙基己基溴(3.25 g,0.0169 mol)。将反应混合物在氮气氛围下搅拌16小时。反应完成后,加入水,用叔丁基甲基醚萃取反应混合物。分离有机层,用硫酸镁干燥后浓缩。残余物通过柱色谱法纯化,使用己烷作为洗脱液。合并含有纯4,4-双-(2-乙基己基)-4H-环戊二烯并[2,1-b;3,4-b']二噻吩的级分并浓缩。真空干燥后,得到无色油状产物,产量为2.68 g(79%)。1H NMR(CDCl3, 250 MHz):δ 7.13(m, 2H),6.94(m, 2H),1.88(m, 4H),0.94(m, 16H),0.78(t, J=6.4 Hz, 6H),0.61(t, J=7.3 Hz, 6H)。
