一般步骤:将实施例2中得到的(4-甲基-2-(4-(三氟甲基)苯基)噻唑-5-基)甲醇(15.0 g,55.0 mmol)溶于无水二氯甲烷(300 mL)中。在室温下,依次向混合物中加入三苯基膦(TPP,5.7 g,60.0 mmol,1.1当量)和四溴甲烷(20.0 g,60.0 mmol,1.1当量)。反应1小时后,减压蒸发除去溶剂。用己烷和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂(v/v = 5/1)沉淀残留的三苯基氧化膦,过滤后减压蒸发,得到5-(溴甲基)-4-甲基-2-[4-(三氟甲基)苯基]-1,3-噻唑(17.2 g,收率:93%)。1H-NMR(300 MHz,CDCl3):δ 8.00(d,2H,J = 8.1 Hz),7.67(d,2H,J = 8.2 Hz),4.72(s,2H),2.47(s,3H)。13C-NMR(78.5 MHz,CDCl3):δ 165.0,153.8,136.9,132.4,129.7(q),127.0,126.3(m),122.5,23.8,15.5。
