通用方法：将9-蒽甲醛（10.0 mmol）、丙二腈（11.0 mmol）和吡啶（10.0 mmol）的混合物在95℃下搅拌6小时。反应进程通过薄层色谱（TLC）监测。反应完成后，向反应混合物中加入水（10 mL），用二氯甲烷（3×10 mL）萃取。合并有机层，用无水硫酸钠干燥，随后在真空下蒸发溶剂。粗产物通过柱色谱法纯化，使用己烷作为洗脱液，最终得到(9-蒽亚甲基)丙二腈（1a-m），并进行结构表征。
