以1,4-双(4-硝基苯氧基)丁烷(15,0.97g,2.92mmol)为原料,将其溶于二恶烷(60mL)中。将溶液通过配备有30mm Raney镍催化剂(流速0.5mL/min)的Thalesnano H-cube TM连续流动氢化反应器,在100% H2气氛、50 bar压力、50°C条件下进行氢化反应。反应进程通过薄层色谱(TLC)监测(展开剂比例为50:50的乙酸乙酯:己烷,Rf = 0.12)。待原料完全消耗后,将反应混合物在真空下浓缩,得到黄色固体产物4,4'-(1,4-丁二氧基)二苯胺(0.98g,收率98%),熔点为128-130℃。产物结构经1H NMR(400MHz,CD3OD)δ6.87-6.58(m,8H),4.12-3.80(bm,4H),1.98-1.84(bm,4H);13C NMR(101MHz,CD3OD)δ153.8,141.4,118.3,116.6,69.4,27.3;以及LRMS(ESI+)m/z 273([M+H]+,100%)确认。
