A. 将6-羟基哒嗪-3-羧酸(5.00g,31.6mmol)溶于甲醇中,缓慢加入亚硫酰氯(0.36mL,0.59g,4.94mmol)。将反应混合物于80℃下加热回流16小时。反应完成后,冷却至室温,产物结晶析出。过滤收集晶体,并用冷甲醇洗涤。合并母液,浓缩后再次结晶,得到6-氧代-1,6-二氢哒嗪-3-甲酸甲酯,总产量4.954g(收率100%)。
