以1-乙基-4-(4-硝基-2-(三氟甲基)苄基)哌嗪(21.7g,68.3mmol)为起始原料,将其溶解于甲醇中,充分搅拌。向反应体系中加入Pd/C催化剂(1.8g,17.08mmol),在氢气氛围下于室温搅拌反应约12小时。反应完成后,将反应混合物通过硅藻土垫进行减压过滤,并用甲醇洗涤硅藻土垫。收集滤液,减压浓缩,得到目标产物4-(4-乙基哌嗪-1-甲基)-3-三氟甲基苯胺(19.4g,收率99%)。产物经核磁共振氢谱(300MHz,DMSO-d6)确认:δ7.30(d,1H),6.85(s,1H),6.76(d,1H),5.42(s,2H),3.37(s,2H),2.33(m,10H),1.01(t,3H)。质谱分析(ESI+,m/z):288 [M+H]+。
